FIND LIFE

FIND LIFE
ECCLESIASTES 12: 13-14

“Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the whole duty of man. For God will bring every deed into judgment including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.”
The Bible gives a clear understanding to what our purpose in life should be. Men and women in both the Old and New Testament sought and discovered their life’s purpose. King Solomon the wisest man who ever lived discovered the futility of life when it is lived only for this world. Jesus Christ comes to give clear meaning to life with a purpose.
“What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self?” (Luke 9:25). Life is about living for God; honoring Him with our thoughts and lives and obeying His Commandments. As we celebrate the death and the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, remember He came to put meaning to our lives (John 10:10). He
came that we may actually LIVE. Apostle Paul says his mission in life was nothing more than to know Christ and be found in Him not having a righteousness of his own that comes from the law, but that through faith in Christ.” (Phil. 3: 9-10).

Our purpose in life as God planned entails:
1. Glorify God and Enjoy fellowship with Him
2. Good relationship with others
3. Work
4. Take dominion on earth

Man was created to have fellowship with God and enjoy Him forever. That’s what Enoch did when he walked with God (Gen. 5: 22). We glorify and honor God when we walk in obedience to His commands. Life is lived in its right perspective. God being at the center of everything. Knowing that you are here for a purpose and for a season.
Maximize the opportunities that you have. May the Lord teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom (Ps. 90:12 NLT). The passion for Christ is humanity. May it be yours also. He who wins souls is wise and will shine like stars (Dan. 12:3).
Have a blessed week
